[This ought to come as no surprise, really. Aerith spends a decent amount of her free time in the flower shop and usually if she appears on Avalon's network, it's there. That's precisely where she is on today's little impromptu Camelot interruption.
Resting on her forearm against front desk counter, she wears a smile, though it's a bit lighter than she normally gives.]
It's been a while since I said anything on here and I realised I should probably fix that. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Aerith. I run a little flower shop here in the business district of the town. I was in the middle of putting a nice little patio setup outside for people who come by, but it's getting a bit colder, so I think that's going to have to be put on hold until it warms up again.
[Taking a pause to sip from the cup of tea at her side, she sets it down before she continues.]
I know I've said this before, but if any of you have flowers or seeds from your home, for whatever reason that you would, if you bring them to me, I'll try to grow you something. I'm also really interested in trying to crossbreed some flowers, especially from anything that might be capable of surviving the colder weather. If you've already purchased flowers from me and you're having trouble with them, you can pay me a visit any time and I'll fix them up for you.
[After a moment's consideration, she sinks down a bit, shifting to settle her chin in the palm of her hand.]
And you know, with the weather getting colder, it's easy to get sick. Make sure you're taking care of yourselves. I don't normally offer this, but I have some healing magic, so if you find yourself not feeling well, I might be able to help you out there. I'm not a doctor or anything, but I like to think I know marginally what I'm doing. At worst, I can make you a nice pot of tea.
[That seems to be all she has to say because not long after, she turns off her video and audio feed.]

[Private to Tifa - Text]
Hey, can I ask you to do a favour for me?

I'd say so. [The tone is thoughtful, but he lightens it up as he continues.] You know, I'd never seen a pond, let alone a lake or a river, before I got dragged to another universe.

[Her surprise is palpable. What kind of world is he from where there's nothing like that? Surely he just means his particular area doesn't have anything like that. Don't planets need water of some kind to survive...?]
Are you from a desert? That's what those are called, right? I haven't seen one before, so I'm not sure.
no subject
The whole planet's a desert. There's a little water underground in some spots, and technology to produce some more, but it was mostly just enough for people to live on and grow crops. The place is pretty much just sand and rock.

[Desolate. Sad. Lonely. Aerith doesn't say any of that, but she sure is thinking it.]
Barren. It must be strange then for me to be running a flower shop, then. You probably haven't seen very many of them where you come from.
[...How does he know that the world he comes from is even alive?]

Actually, I was pulled into another universe before this one, so I've gotten to see a lot more than I did back home. Even the ocean.
[How cool is the ocean?!]

Settling her chin in the palm of her hand, she nods slowly.]
I've never seen the ocean, I don't think. There's a river that runs by my house back in Midgar, but I'm not sure I've seen anything else like it. How long has it been since you've seen your home world?

[He leans back in his chair, considering the question.] It's been...over two years.
[He sounds mildly surprised by that. Wolfwood hadn't quite realized, between everything that's happened, exactly how much extra time he's had.]

[Aerith frowns just a touch as she considers it. She can't imagine being away from home for that long. But even if she was, how would she know? She can barely keep track of time in Camelot and it's been about a year. Maybe a little under...?]
You must miss it. [Presumptuous of her. She'd miss a place she was away from for two years personally, but...] I hope you get the chance to see it soon. Maybe when everything here is said and done. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
