[This ought to come as no surprise, really. Aerith spends a decent amount of her free time in the flower shop and usually if she appears on Avalon's network, it's there. That's precisely where she is on today's little impromptu Camelot interruption.
Resting on her forearm against front desk counter, she wears a smile, though it's a bit lighter than she normally gives.]
It's been a while since I said anything on here and I realised I should probably fix that. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Aerith. I run a little flower shop here in the business district of the town. I was in the middle of putting a nice little patio setup outside for people who come by, but it's getting a bit colder, so I think that's going to have to be put on hold until it warms up again.
[Taking a pause to sip from the cup of tea at her side, she sets it down before she continues.]
I know I've said this before, but if any of you have flowers or seeds from your home, for whatever reason that you would, if you bring them to me, I'll try to grow you something. I'm also really interested in trying to crossbreed some flowers, especially from anything that might be capable of surviving the colder weather. If you've already purchased flowers from me and you're having trouble with them, you can pay me a visit any time and I'll fix them up for you.
[After a moment's consideration, she sinks down a bit, shifting to settle her chin in the palm of her hand.]
And you know, with the weather getting colder, it's easy to get sick. Make sure you're taking care of yourselves. I don't normally offer this, but I have some healing magic, so if you find yourself not feeling well, I might be able to help you out there. I'm not a doctor or anything, but I like to think I know marginally what I'm doing. At worst, I can make you a nice pot of tea.
[That seems to be all she has to say because not long after, she turns off her video and audio feed.]

[Private to Tifa - Text]
Hey, can I ask you to do a favour for me?

[ Maybe Aerith won't understand what she really means, but she's found mortals to be interesting about accepting concepts unknown to them. ]
There's no rush. You can do it whenever you find convenient... this place hasn't seen fit to return me home yet, after all.
[ Pointed, but subtly giving her reason. ]
Why have you been keeping yourself so busy, if I may inquire? Has your mind been clouded, as well?
[ Just blunt about that! ]
no subject
Well, it just so happens that almost any time can be convenient. I have a few other orders ahead of you, but nothing too extravagant. Shouldn't take me too much longer than a week and a half or so? I'll let you know when I have everything ready.
[At her question, prying as it is, Aerith handles it with a surprising amount of grace. There's truth in the idea that she's had a difficult time coping if she isn't burying herself in something. She can only spend so much time thinking about sky pirates, after all.]
If you have the time and the spirit, it seems like a waste if you're not putting that to good use. I like keeping busy. I've always been that way, even back home. I don't see any reason that needs to change.
no subject
Perhaps, but it isn't good to keep your mind so unable to rest that you cannot hear yourself. Far too many mortals here have been doing so...
[ As a cognitive mage, this is even more apparent to her. ]
... you enjoy your work, do you not? What do you enjoy most about it?
no subject
I just like being around plants. I liked it back home. I like it here. It's not really a doing thing. It's as simple as being.
no subject
She'll answer this part instead. ]
I find that fascinating, for not many mortals grow so accepting of the world around them. In the realms I am from, it is common for many spiritkind to be attuned with the natural world. My own duty involves speaking to the elements around me. But that must be dull to hear of... so I shall ask what your favourite blossoms are instead.

Uncertainty breeds fear and hostility in even the strongest.]
On the contrary, there's a lot to be said about the worlds we come from and how they impact us, how we treat them, and what they offer to us. That being said, I can't pick a favourite flower, because if I do, then all of the others will get jealous.
[She grins. It's not wholly true, but it's often the default answer she gives when others make such an inquiry.]
no subject
For now, she chuckles, eyes warm. ]
An answer I may have given as well. You truly continue to be intriguing... are you feeling better, though? That conversation above my own... and your friend speaking up- it did not look pleasant. I hope you will be careful, as well. I have witnessed too much cruelty in the last few months against those living here... and I would not want that for a friend. If you would call me one.

She doesn't say anything for many moments and then finally lifts a hand and waves it dismissively. That seems like the wisest thing to do.]
Things will end up working out in one way or another. I have too many things going on to drown myself in one thing above others. But if I need anything, I'll be sure to say something.
[She won't, of course. Anyone who knows Aerith closely enough will know that. Not because she doesn't believe in the offering. Simply because that's just not how she is.]
no subject
[ She smiles, bowing her head in slight apology. ]
Forgive me for overstepping, but you act as I would. Perhaps it is why I cannot in good conscience tell you to not do what you feel best. You know your situation better than anyone could, and I only see part of it.
[ And she is a demon to mortals, isn't she? She might have some kindness towards them, she may even care deeply for their fleeting lives, but if a being like her dictated how mortals lived, would they ever be happy? ]
no subject
I'm just doing what I have to in order to move forward. There's nothing profound or deep about it. It just so happens that I want to do what I enjoy doing, which is working with flowers.
