[The video feed opens to a blurry shot of Rinea's porch as she turns it on, then sits back a proper distance with a smile. She has managed to center the camera properly this time: no ceiling shots or fingers covering the lens. She practiced! (Still, she looks a bit nervous.)]
Um.. Good day. My name is Rinea! I have a request to make. It's a bit silly, but I would be very happy for assistance nonetheless.
The truth is... I have been residing in Camelot for some time now, but am still unused to using... the internet. [Blush.] It seems a very vital skill to have, to keep abreast of the news! I've missed many an important post on local dangers! But I've still had trouble with checking regularly.
So-- would anyone be interested in exchanging letters, as conversational partners? I believe the term is "pen pals." I would enjoy befriending more of my fellow Avalon otherworlders... and I think having messages to look forward to will make it easier for me to remember to check the phone.
[A hah hah hah. Embarrassing. But still-- she will soldier on!!!]
I will gladly chat about anything, of course! But as for myself, topics I can speak upon include dancing and embroidery. I also spend much of my time honing my alchemy and potionmaking skills-- I would be very happy to share what I have learned there. I also admire gardens and their wildlife, but I have little experience in their cultivation... Oh, and music, as well. You know, the music of Avalon is so varied compared to home, it's a little overwhelming!
[Remembering herself, Rinea inclines her head shyly at the camera.]
Um-- Thank you for listening. I very much look forward to meeting anyone interested!

...uh, honestly, I have no idea which ones are poisonous and which ones aren't.
[ And yet, she still looks proud of herself about that. Nothing's tried to melt off either her hands or her face, so that surely counts as a victory. ]
I've been keeping things in separate baskets, and then I was gonna look stuff up later.

[STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY!!!!!]
Maybe we can go together, next time...

Don't worry, I'm pretty tough! It'll take a lot more than some mushrooms to take me down.

Are you an outdoorsy type then, miss Ritsuka? Or perhaps combat-oriented? Avalon seems to gather quite a few of those.

I mean, I was definitely a city girl for a long time. Even the sport I played was mostly indoors. But I've kind of... I guess you could say I've got a new appreciation for the outdoors in the past few years?
[ --two and half, because Ritsuka actually has to pause and consider the combat question. ]
...and for fighting, I mean... I had some friends who insisted on me learning self-defense, but I'm not really a fighter. If I had to call myself anything, I'd be more like... a tactician?
[ Somewhere in this post, Kadoc is choking in horror at the very idea. ]
