It was an organization called Guardian. I wasn't part of it for too long due to a bad injury, but I ended up learning a lot from people like me! Basically, we were a team that protected the world from mysterious threats like monsters.

You just gotta beat the enemy as it moves down the screen and touches you. There's plenty of obstacles in your path to prevent that, so the game can be pretty stressful at times.
