It feels like I can barely walk five steps in Celliwig before someone tosses confetti over my head.

[There is a soft sound in the foreground just behind Walter's androgynous voice, fingers gingerly picking through strands to remove the offending substance from his hair.]

His Majesty was gravely wounded, yet they still insist on giving us some kind of hero's treatment. I went to the ceremony and all for the sake of Camelot staying on good terms with Celliwig, but this charade they insist on putting on... it's a goddamned nuisance.

[And every time they do it -- every cheer or offer for a free meal, it's like rubbing salt in an already aggravated wound.]

If something happens in Celliwig that requires my attention, just... put the word out on the network here, and I'll get to it.

It would have. But it feels like they're just trying to smooth things over to avoid us being angry with them for not doing their jobs.

They should have checked that hall thoroughly beforehand.

Sometimes the enemy slips through unnoticed until it's too late. If we weren't fighting amongst ourselves about going in we could have ended it sooner.

You're welcome. I haven't been here long, so I didn't realize the threat until it was too late and the fight had broken out.

This incident does show that we need to keep our guard up though. Next time Aurthur might not be so lucky.

Just over a month. But I think I'm starting to understand more about this place.

Prior to this, several of the wards at the edge of the Land of Rot failed, which led to a number of minor undead venturing out. Before that, an intelligent and dangerous plant known as the Cereus de Anima took root in the Brocéliande. Its method of reproduction involves creating doppelgängers to steal the identities of those it preys on. For a little while there were copies running around everywhere in Camelot. A lot of people were attacked before we killed it.

Keeping your guard up would be a good idea here.

You know, they should probably include that in the welcome brochure. Really place seemed more like a vacation than you're making it sound like. Any other advice?

Wear a gas mask or an enchanted mask if you plan on venturing into the Forest of the Fisher King. The forest will drug you into becoming docile food for its inhabitants if you breathe in the air there without one.

Seems like they really did need the support. Hopefully, we've made it time to help these events from spreading.

Hopefully. There are any number of smaller matters to attend to as well. One of the features of the phones we were given allows people to sign up to help others for certain tasks.
