It has come to my attention that the poison used in Celliwig's trials this past moon were sourced from my store.

If you have suffered side-effects as a result of it then please notify me here or privately. I don't believe my alchemy to be so poor as to leave side-effects, but I would like to be certain.

And no, I was not aware the potion would be used for the trials when they were purchased. Let me be very clear on that before you all start pointing fingers.

No. I used that to make a fortifying potion. One that eases the effects of poisons, although it cannot cure them.

'Tis ridiculous that an alchemist cannot even cure mundane poisons with their brews.

I must admit, I'm a tad relieved at that.

But did you really make so much that it could have been enough for all of those people doing the trials? Or do you think they could have taken what you sold and created more from it?

I suspect they took what I sold and created more. I did think 'twas odd that they bought my entire stock and requested more on top of that but I did not see the harm in it considering that it does not actually kill the victim.

I shall not be making that mistake again.

Would that I could trust others not to misuse that which I create. I cannot even trust the fae folk it seems.

Indeed. That Merlin smiles far too much to be anything unctuous and the woman Morganna has already proven herself untrustworthy. I am told King Arthur is a noble man but I shall reserve judgement until he proves himself a capable leader.

I agree with it all! And now, we're thrust into the politics of another realm as well? Being judged for a place we don't call home? It's ridiculous.

I wonder what they wished to glean from such obscure trials. I feel as though I was excluded from one when I declined to accept their offer.

Is there a metric of virtues that I am unaware of?

Another good point. Who's to say ones virtues remains the same across realms? What's seen as lowbrow to one may be high-class to another. Their idea of morality could be completely foreign.

They may even value behaviours which others find morally reprehensible. Who is to say they were expecting many of us to perform in such a way?
