Not sure. Bet the Lady of the Lake or Merlin or someone would know. If they're anything like the legends, anyway.

The legends? I'm afraid I haven't run into anything about it in my world. The gods have a hard time defending us, bringing anyone from the dead is a feat beyond belief

[But it is a power he'd love to know about and maybe obtain it just in case]

I know more about the legend of Sparda than most other legends. But in my world, there are also stories about Merlin being a powerful wizard... Guess he's more of a social media fan here though.

[Or a little from column A, a little from column B, considering he seems keen to combine tech and magic.] Getting a chance to talk with someone like him is probably a pain in the ass, too.

Legend of Sparda?

We have legends of Astrals waging a war against each other and stories around that. It is hard to discern true ones from false

[He knows there are true legends because of Noctis; he's walking proof that some of those stories hold up, and hide even more.]

If he is the one ruling this place, I have no doubt about that

Demon warrior who betrayed his own kind to save humanity two thousand years ago. Everyone in my world knows the story.

Are Astrals gods in your world?

That sounds like an unthinkable thing in our world

[There are demons, a lot of them, but they are mindless. For the most part.]

Yes. Sort of. It is a bit of a complicated thing. Their powers fell into decline after the war. They seem to be rousing from their sleep as my charge took up the mantle as a new King.

[There is a lot more to that than what Ignis says, considering the vision he saw and the task that was given to Noctis.]

It's unthinkable in my world too, given the way most demons are. That's why the story is such a big deal.

It might mean little here and not at all to people that aren't from Eos, but I take pride in what I am.

Perhaps. Still, despite the older King being here, the Prince is my primary responsibility. That will never change regardless of the circumstances

[He actually chuckles at that. Weird sense of deja-vu, as if someone already told him that in the past.]

Being here, as weird as it sounds, is a vacation in a way.
I haven't had to fight daemons or traitors since I've arrived so I consider that a plus

That is my plan. There is always a calm before the storm. I'm using this time to get to know my abilities better. With the lack of my elemental powers from home, I need to do some adjustments.
