People who died in their own world, but they're alive here.

Fully returned to a corporeal, living state, then. Not merely...summoned, or something similar.

I prosecuted murder cases for five years. I'm sure the guilty parties didn't appreciate it.

To return from the dead is different than never having been murdered at all, isn't it? Suppose they kept their memories. I can't imagine trying to live on like that would be easy.

And by dying, he feels he failed in that desire, I suppose.

I don't know how long he'll be able to stick around for, but I want to figure out a way to save him, too.
