[ On video appears Razor, covered in a typical layer of dirt. He's underneath a few trees, but he seems pretty relaxed. Even though he's smiling, he seems thoughtful. There is something different, though. On top of his head are two silver-grey wolf ears, matching so closely the shade of his hair. Not visible: a tail wagging furiously in the background.
Someone's gotten good at partial transformations.
He seems pretty happy about this particular one, too. ]
Better at magic!
[ But that's not why he's here. He has something more important... ]
And, have question. Want to learn... to read. Will help with quests.
[ He looks briefly concerned. ]
And lots. Can give meat for help!
[ So he's not asking for this for free. ]
Good hunter.

[Robyn isn't really surprised by Razor's sudden wolf ears and tail. After all, he does have animal magic like she does. As for his request...]
I can read, but I've never taught someone how to do it before. I can show you, if you like.

[ For reason she is probably aware of. ]
Yes. Magic practiced lots! Learning.

[Robyn knows she can heal minor scrapes, at least. She just hopes she'll never have to use it for anything lethal.]
Me father taught me how to read, since we didn't have the money for school.

[ He's afraid of the explosive and dangerous elements, still. He doesn't want to get someone hurt. ]
Oh. Learning good. Not important to wolves. Never did.
no subject
[She found that was much the same with her animal magic.]
Maybe it's not important to wolves, but it is useful. That way you'll know how to read signs and things like that.

[ He considers what she says and yeah, he agrees. ]
Yeah. Phone read quest. Easier if can read myself. Important now.

[As strange and sometimes dangerous as the quests can get, to Robyn they're at least better than being made to work in the scullery back home.]

[ Earnest nod. ]
Lots of different ones. [ And here he goes - sounding it out ]
Lab-er-inth.
Fine monsters. Like to. Fun.

[Actually, it's because she was a bit afraid of what she heard about the monsters in there, but she won't admit that easily.]

If Robyn wants quest next time will go with, okay?

[No matter how weird they might get.]
