I used to feel the same way, I think. But then I was lucky enough to meet two people who refused to let me go, even to their own detriment.

I don't think she left by choice. Which leaves me fearful for her. I don't like to think of her frozen in time the way all the others are.

I am sorry too, however. That you have never had someone you could trust to stay by your side.

You know, if my friend were here, she would have just made you her latest project.
