[It's not often that Jade makes use of the network herself, preferring to respond to others, and she's been as preoccupied by the trials as many others have this past week. Even so, something troubling has come to her attention, and she would rather not sit and wonder and worry needlessly, if it indeed ends up being needless.]

I realize there's a great deal going on right now, and so I'll make this brief.

[Her tone is careful and refined, but there's certainly worry beneath all of that, thinly-veiled.]

Has anyone seen or heard from Dimitri recently? Even amidst the trials and current situation with Celliwig, it's unlike him to miss training or go silent.

[At least in her experience. She knows enough about his previous ghosting act to know that this doesn't feel right. If something has gone wrong, he can certainly take care of himself, but that doesn't keep concern from mounting.]

I know he has acquaintances here. If you hear anything, I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know.

We're close, yes.

[Certainly more than friends, although Jade has never had occasion to give it a name when speaking to anyone else. They were both private people; their involvement had certainly been genuine, but largely kept between them.]

I've never known him to miss a training session— not once, and certainly not without saying something beforehand.

D'you think the trials have anything to do with it?

The thought has certainly crossed my mind. Things are a bit chaotic right now.

[The Celliwig issue has been a primary focus for many, including herself.]

We've both been invested in this Celliwig business, but it's not like him to go missing. Well— I suppose that depends on who you ask, but I don't believe that he would disappear without a word unless something were terribly wrong.

[Not with her.]

[There's a long pause, then...]

If you got any ideas about where to start searching I can help out with my magic. I'm getting a little better at this cognition stuff.

You can do that? Use your magic to locate someone?

[That would be incredibly helpful, if so. Or, if they find nothing at all, it will serve to confirm her fears— an unhappy result, but not one she could change even if she wanted to.]

Celliwig seems the best place to start. If he were in Camelot still, I would know.

Well, uh, not really. But I can touch things and sometimes I see stuff if there was a lot of emotional energy attached...or something like that. It's better than nothing, right?

[He sneezes sharply.]

Sorry. Do you have any idea how to get to Celliwig? 'Cause I don't. The way people are talkin' I thought nobody could get there.

Not into the city itself, as such, but perhaps near enough— oh!

[She backtracks to that first bit for now.]

I have a knife, one that he gave to me. Would that work for such a spell?

[It was a gift, which meant there would be emotional energy of some sort attached. They'd certainly had plenty of that between them.]
