i didnt know you have to interview to get jobs. even if it's just at a restaurant!! regardless of whether the job itself involves talking to people at all!!? stupid

i heard you can make a living like this
insight about going to school in other worlds could be useful too. i was homeschooled....

1. Where did you learn this information? What sort of things do they want to know?

2. I do not know what formal instruction in this world entails, but since you also ask about other worlds: we did not have "school" but had training modules to work through. VR training. Sleep-development learning. REM enlightenment. Then we had regular examinations and were placed in small groups according to our aptitude. It also served to provide experience operating as a unit. There would be more of this once you received orders as well, for specialised training. That is how you stay sharp, after all.

I do not understand why you would need to be paid for this though.

1. firsthand by asking around town......
first of all they all seem to want a résumé but most places will still talk to you even if you don't have one. i don't know how to make one of those either actually..
other than that "tell me about yourself" is an annoying question a lot of people have opened with, vague
questions about interacting with customers and what i think of people on the whole. coming up with all these scenarios and role-playing...... but the questions are all open-ended so i can't figure out what they want to hear

1. This all sounds very pointless and unproductive. Unless the job is highly skilled neither one's personal nor professional history will likely have any bearing on it. And they are testing you with no preparation or expectations? If the questions are open-ended that makes it far too easy to make arbitrary decisions based on factors that do not matter. It should be very simple: can you perform the work or can't you? Why does their system that revolves around currency also make it difficult to acquire?

Your world must have had a better way if these practices are foreign to you as well.

2. Correct. I am a soldier. Our technology allows us to have a direct neural connection to it. This is how simulations are created that are indistinguishable from reality. Sleep-development learning is a similar process but adjusted to be done during the sleep cycle.

i'll seldom talk to anyone so i don't see how an interview reflects much of relevance to the actual job. annoying. can i clear a table fast without breaking shit, yes or no, that's it!!

in my world i only ever worked with my uncle
but we don't have these super-stores and stuff, we just have marketplaces, more small villages than big cities, but even in the big cities, family-run businesses are common
a restaurant is a restaurant no matter where you go, i imagine, but still
