irritated so how useless is king arthur? rate him from one to ten.

[Hikaru is mostly bored and so he's deciding to troll the network. Although he really doesn't think of King Arthur as a particularly helpful guy which is a bit unfair but hey, Hikaru's a hard person to impress.]
