Hey there, for anyone who has known her for a long time now: Amy Rose is gone from Avalon. I used to work with her in the cafe, Helleste Cafe, as a co-worker, but just some days ago, I came to work to find her not around. There is nothing I can do about it.

(Harry could be seen trying to hold back the tears. It has been a while since he and Amy had seen each other at work or even personally, so it breaks his heart when he discovered that she wasn’t there at Helleste Cafe as usual.)

I’m really sorry to break this to everyone right now. It always hurts to know when someone you’re close with is no longer in this world. I hope that we always can find some closure soon.

[Ah, Kotarou wasn't sure how to approach this delicately... So he decides to go for a quick text message. After all, there were some people that he's noticed that have been gone for a while now. He's thought long and hard about it, but never openly talked about it with anyone.]

Say... Is the cafe still open right now? I don't think I've been there before! Σ(゜゜)

You look like you could use some cheering up, sooo... Would you be interested for a quick bite? I've got some people that I've been missing too.

You also lost some people as well? Oh gee, it looks like I’m not the only one losing friends in here too. And yeah, the cafe is still open at the moment, so you can visit it as you wish.

Sure thing, I can go for a quite bite too.

It's definitely become more quieter in a few places that I hang out around. I know it's a big island, but without certain faces... Things feel a bit smaller.

Alright! I think I can look up where the Helleste Cafe is and meet you there. You can save your cash since I'm the one treatin' ya.

Yeah, Avalon does feel like much smaller without that many familiar faces these days. I honestly can’t believe it has been more than a year since I arrived.

[More than a year, huh? Kotarou felt like it had been a while since he had arrived, but he thinks that it might've been approaching the same time for him too.

Once he's ready, he begins to tentatively look through the city as he's trying to spot the particular cafe that he chosen to met Harry at. Now that he thought about it, it was pretty easy to miss a building or two! He couldn't say that he knew Avalon like the back of his hand.]

Aw crap. I should've asked for his name... Well, I know his username at least!

[So he'll fix that problem soon. Stepping through the cafe doors, he does look around to see if Harry had arrived yet.]

(Harry have been at Helleste for a while now since chatting with Kotarou at the network. Granted, this is technically his day off today so he may have not to be at his workplace right now, but it is the best place he can think of when it comes to meeting place. And he does need to move on from losing a friend and look forward.

So he waits patiently with Rose tagging along when he could see him arriving through the cafe doors and looking for him. Rose immediately starts squeaking to inform him of Kotaruo’s arrival that he waves at him to let him know that he’s also at the cafe.)

Uh, hey there! You're "hpotter" on the network, right? I'm "koko1010"... But you can call me Kotarou.

[It wasn't the first time that Kotarou has had a online meeting, but there was always that hint of anxiety of meeting a new person. He can relax since Harry had a friendly face and they did meet for a little bit before. At the sound of Rose, Kotarou perks up since that meant he had a nice little topic to open the floor with.]

Lemme guess... That's your familiar?

Yep, that would be me. You can call me Harry in return.

(He also notices Rose’s very excited to meet Kotarou as she happily jumps on top of the table. Trust him, she is really that friendly and adorable.)

Oh yes, she is definitely my familiar. Her name is Rose and she is a Pygmy Puff.

It's nice to meet you both! Man, I wish my familiar was upfront and cute like this.

[Grinning, Kotarou reaches out to pet Rose. He's always had a soft spot for cute animals like cats for example. There was a part of him that wishes his familiar was a nice little cat that actually listened to him.]

I've got a familiar who I like to call Emerald. She's a bird who likes to fly around and poke me, but she definitely likes to perch on other people's shoulders. I dunno if she does that to get a rise outta me or what!

(Rose happily squeaks in delight as Kotarou pets her fur. She really does love getting pet a lot. Meanwhile, Harry is amazed to learn that Kotarou has a bird familiar in Emerald. Deep down, the bird appreciator in him is pretty impressed.)

I’m sorry to hear that you have to put with her pecking. Emerald is a really nice name, I got to admit. And I actually have a bird as well: she is a snowy owl from my world, but she is not with me and Rose right now: she is busy flying around at the moment.

Wahahaha! I-I can't take aaaaall the credit for naming her, y'know! This was a cute girl named Dolce who named her whenever I first arrived. She left a while ago with her little sister.

[He didn't know her for long, but Kotarou found the two of them fun to hang out with. A part of him still wishes that they could've hung out a little longer.]

--She's a green leaf bird familiar, so I wanted to keep that name since they fit with her feathers. Still, I didn't know that you owned a owl! Do you find her hard to manage sometimes?

That is really brilliant of Dolce for coming up a name for her. I also gave Rose her name due to the color of her as well.

(There is a lot of emotions running high through Harry’s mind as he thinks back on his and Hedwig’s time together before the escape from Privet Drive and her return in Avalon.)

As for my owl, a friend got her for me as a birthday present since our school did ask students to have a pet as a requirement and we eventually got to bond together as if we are like friends. Is she hard to manage sometimes? Not at all, Hedwig is relatively tame, affectionate, and very intelligent. She can get annoyed at times though.

Hmm... You're pretty lucky to get something cool like that for your birthday. I did have a set of familiars back home, but they're real handful. Pani and Gil were their names...

[There's a bit an awkward look as Kotarou thinks about them. He really missed them, but that was extremely hard to admit considering how much trouble they put him through.]

I ended up finding them over getting 'em as a gift. I mean, they helped me out in the worst of times... But still! They'd always make a big mess in my room and stuff.

Oh gee, sorry to hear that your familiars from home can give you a bit of a problem. One of my friends from my world had a similar case with his owl too: he’s small, loud, hyper and can be a handful at times.

I think that he used to get distracted trying to do his job sometimes by performing for students in my school and the other owls including Hedwig can get annoyed by his antics too.
