Ahhh, I never thought I'd be so happy to see the sun rising!

[It's been a few days, but seeing the sun coming up every morning is such a simple joy that she hadn't realised she missed so much. She's even been getting up earlier than usual just to watch it, which is why she might look a little... tired, right now, despite her usual levels of exuberance.

But she has something to say, so she clasps her hands together and gets straight to it.]

Now that we have daylight again, I can finally put this forward. I know that there is a lot of space outside of Camelot that is tragically unexplored, and therefore there are a lot of creatures out there for study that haven't been properly studied yet. [Can you tell where this is going? If you know her even a tiny bit, you probably can.]

But I'm really not so reckless as to think I should be venturing out there by myself, so! [She smiles brightly.] I'm looking for people who might be interested in coming with me. Interest in what I'm researching is preferred but not essential, and it certainly won't all be terribly dangerous I'm sure.

Do let me know if you'd like to arrange something! I'm sure I can work out all the finer details, and I can pay you for your time if that's what you'd prefer.

Only a little... I was in the Brocéliande [ said very slowly, so she gets all the sounds right ] last month during the ritual, but I didn't get to look around very much. And I'm still pretty new here... but I'd love to see more! There's so much that's brand new to me here.

[ There's a very faint moment where Minako is kind of surprised by someone being so excited about the idea of creatures, of all things.. but then she does remember previous, much older conversations with Jane. The other had been interested in studying creatures back home, right.. something like that. She remembers the other drawing them.

Maybe that makes this a little less surprising in that light. ]

[ There's no hesitation in offering that regardless though. Minako sounds so casual about it too. She knows she can fight pretty well, and she isn't afraid of anything that might be out there.

I mean, I wouldn't want you to get hurt out there. I'd feel really bad if something happened to you! [ Jane has always been nice enough to her, after all. ]

[She's actually surprised to see the other young woman volunteering so readily given her prior experience with Jane's... adventurous nature, but then she had also got the feeling that Minako was not quite all that she appeared.]

I'd be delighted to have you along for an excursion or two. Perhaps not in any marshland, hm..?

[It's a joke, but Jane thinks she might be keeping away from any creatures that can tempt her to look at them before trying to drag her under water. At least until she has an idea of how to combat such a compulsion.]

[ Honestly, it might be exactly the memory of that moment that drives her to volunteer even more.. Not because she thinks Jane is dumb, but more perhaps because the other is.. a little too curious, that might be a good way to put it.

And in a place like this, where even little things can be very dangerous, that makes that sort of thing all the more risky. ]

I mean, I saved you back then too, right? No matter what happens, or what attacks you, I can kick its butt! 100% guaranteed! [ .. okay, maybe that's a little bit of overconfidence, Minako.

On the other hand, Minako wouldn't be Minako if she didn't act all overconfident about something, right. ]
