[it's four in the morning, time to ask bordering-on-invasive questions on the network!]

so what did all of you do, anyways?

before you showed up here, i mean. were you just some no-name loser or were you some kind of big shot? i bet it must have sucked if you went from people listening to you and then ending up at the bottom of the food chain!

or are you getting a huge ego boost from this place calling you some sort of hero that's vital to saving all the different worlds out there? does it make you feel important? more then you would have at home, where nothing you did mattered? lol

this gig isn't too different from what i was up to before, honestly. the quests are a bit lower stakes and some of them are so easy it almost makes you want to cry, and i've got way more free time now. still, kind of nice to know there's always room for a weapon. gets you some decent money.

I came from some weird sex dungeon city that had an arbitrarily assigned dom/sub hierarchy. I was a dominant, supposedly, so I guess I was something akin to nobility.

Before that, there were a few other places... some adventures to be had, certainly, but there was one that even seemed like a mini-vacation, in retrospect. And originally, I was a hero of the realm at home. So my track record is not bad all-around, I think.

Well, yeah, but it was the standards by which they decided who was what. By which I mean, there was no apparent pattern. It's like they just threw darts completely at random.

My favorite, huh... I think I really liked the farm place. We all got these plots of land and a few animals to decide what to do with, and got to run the whole operation mostly by ourselves. But we could make trips into the city for things, too. It was really relaxing, compared to the usual. Like retiring to a little chunk of paradise for a while.
