[The video starts with a boy at the training ground, sitting and looking at his nails. They are covered in dirt, and there's a large hole in the ground in front of him. He's got the back of one wrist against his mouth and he's looking mildly disgusted. There are a lot of sticks in that hole. It's not been covered up with dirt.]

Does... anyone know how to lift a curse?

[He remembers training, but digging a hole and filling it with sticks? No recollection of that. There's dirt on his face if he moves his hand away from his mouth.]

I don't think so. I was just distracting him so that we could take his sword. He didn't put a curse on the other guy helping me out.

Huh. Then, maybe...

[ She trails off in thought for a moment before giving a shrug. ]

Nope. I've got nothin'. [ HELPFUL. ] Could you not like... go to some kind of curse doctor for this? They've gotta have those, right?

[He’s not hanging on, hoping for some big suggestion.]

I’m going into town in a little bit to search for a potion that may help lift the curse.

Oooohh, like an over the counter thing! Right, gotcha.

[ She nods more to herself than Gokudera. ]

I could look around town too and see if I find anything, then let you know? Two heads are better than one and all that jazz.

Right! There’s gotta be some local here who knows what could work.

[This is a home to people who are probably familiar with magic, so it wouldn’t be unreasonable to find a potion shop, right?]

[ Stella looks baffled. ]

"Don't bother"? Don't be dumb, of course I'm gonna bother! You can't go around shaking down the entire city by yourself!

What's that gotta do with it? Just because it's not my problem doesn't mean I can't help you out with it. You're having a hard time! Wouldn't I be basically the world's crappiest friend if I didn't at least try and help you out?

[ A stunned pause. And then: ]

Oh my God.

Okay– listen, no offense, but that literally might be the most depressing thing I've ever heard somebody say. How the heck do you not have friends?! Does everyone where you come from have just the crappiest taste in friends or something? Jeez!

[ She sounds so indignant on his behalf it's kind of comical. ]

Far from it! I don’t want friends. It’s not like no one wants to be mine.

Okay, but you know saying it's your choice makes it sound zero percent less depressing, right? Are you really gonna tell me you don't even have people you hang out with?

I don’t care if it’s depressing. You feel however you want about it!

[He’s rolling his eyes. Why the hell does she care so much?!]

I do! I’m just saying that I’d rather not hand out with people.

[ She huffs in annoyance but finally lets the matter drop. Stella might be about the most obnoxiously extroverted person alive, but even she knows an introvert when she sees one... uh, usually, anyway. ]
