What sort of music are you going to play?

Well, the concert itself is going to have plenty of variety and not all performances are going to be music.

I will be singing what can be described as Japanese pop. I have two songs... though one of them has a little bit of a jazzy feeling to it thanks to my saxophone solo at the middle.

Hm, I can't say I really know much about Japanese pop, but I do really like jazz music! And heavy metal if anyone was playing that. About when will the concert start?

Hmm, I know there's at least one who will be doing rock, but I haven't heard anyone doing heavy metal. That's a genre I haven't explored much.

[Maybe he should try.]

There will be a pre-party around 4 PM. The concert itself starts at 6 PM.

No matter, it sounds like it will be a lot of fun!

It should be. We held a similar concert on Valentine's Day and it was a lot of fun.

[It feels like such a long time ago.]

A Halloween… concert? [The voice on the other end sounds perhaps unexpectedly uneasy about the prospect.] That certainly brings back memories.

No, not bad memories. Just… very interesting ones. [Mash that kind of sounds like a nice way to say ‘bad memories’…!] Things always got a little crazy around Halloween back home.

Back home I am. Here I'm mostly a solo artist. Luckily I get to perform on the same stage with other wonderful artists.

Maybe it's a mortal thing she doesn't understand? She's not sure, but... she lifts a hand to touch his cheek, golden eyes watching his expression closely. ]

[ But she smiles weakly. ]

[ Is it, though? She performs as well and the only time she's danced the way he did with Ren is when she actually had an attraction to her partner—

But she supposes for now, it's something more mortal that she doesn't understand, so she'll wait and observe. She has a feeling she isn't wrong, too.

His words however, make her cheeks burn red for a moment, but rather than wait for him to, she gently guided his face down to her height and stands up on tiptoe to press her own lips against his. It's a gentle, but sincere kiss, not demanding, but soft as she moves her mouth gently over his. She clearly knows how to, and slides her fingers into his hair, before breaking the kiss and smiling a little sheepishly at him. ]

You didn't have to ask. I would kiss you whenever you wished, dearest Ren.

[ Demons don't usually worry about such things but she's learning! ]

[The kiss is gentle, sweet. It sends a small, positive shiver down his spine and makes him smile in a small, bubbly way.]

We mortals have the habit of making sure it's okay. [He figures it's not something she's used to, even if he's not sure on the details. But they would both learn about each other.

He leans closer to Kitsuno to bring their lips together again for another kiss. As gentle as the one before, maybe a little more confident.]

[ She doesn't mind the kiss, and when he gives it, she returns it with confidence. Arms wrapping around his shoulders, gently urging him to her height so she can kiss him comfortably.

She feels a bit touch-starved, having been so used to getting affection after not having it for so long that getting it now almost makes her needy- but she is able to contain herself, and when they break the kiss, she feels a little breathless as she looks up at him. ]

... when? When did you start... feeling this way?

[ She'd been keeping her own thoughts close to her heart because she felt it wouldn't be acknowledged anyway. ]
