[The video starts with a tall tree and collection of bright stars above as Venti is pointing the device upwards. The night sky is sparkling with bright nightly colours. The video pans down wildly to show feet dangling from one branch. One brown loafer shoe just barely hanging on by a toe. Then a weepy voice sings along with a soft sad melody...]

An arbor of flowers and a kettle of wine... Alas in the bowers no companion is mine.

[The shoe falls from his foot and hits the ground below. Only to be met with a huff and whine as the one in the tree starts to sip from a large wine bottle. The camera pans up again with the view of the whole bottle before there is a glimpse of Venti's face as he sips it.]

Then the moon sheds her rays on my goblet and me... And my shadow betrays we’re a party of three.

Party of three...! Your poem is the worst! Just terrible...!!

[Venti sighs...]

See the moon–how she dances in response to my song. See my shadow–it dances so lightly along... While sober I feel, you are both my good friends. ...While drunken I reel, our companionship ends...

[A soft sob as Venti takes another big sip of wine and lets the lonely ache overtake his singing. The camera pans down again as he's unable to finish the last few lines of a poem that Zhongli wrote him. Now that his old friend is gone.]

You and the curious starshine too... how boring...

[ Well that hadn't been the intended result... However Xiao isn't really going to complain, He takes a deep breath. Releases it on a sigh. ]

You are stable enough. However, I will permit you to to lean against my person.

[ Because this is a much healthier outlet, Xiao will allow it. ]

Ehe. How kind of you.

[Venti hums back and more than happily leans against Xiao and lets him take the lead back towards the inn. He actually is a bit wobbly on his feet so leaning on Xiao is much more preferable. As huffy as he's being...]

[ Chances are that Venti is so wobbly because he has had too much to drink! The Archon isn't immortal here. He needs to be more aware of what a state might bring. He also should take pity on his own organs.

Xiao sighs and, somewhere along the way, just scoops Venti up in his arms to carry him off. ]

[What the hell is taking care of oneself? He has the power of the wind and Celestia on his side---

No, he doesn't.]

Ehe-?! Xiao...!

[He is just an entire fit of giggles when Xiao sweeps him up into his arms. Venti grasps onto him with a coy smile.]

My hero, a warrior! My sweet knight in shining armour! A brilliant star in the sky!

[Venti... shut up.]

[ No he doesn't. Not any longer. All they have is what has been granted to them by this world. And one another, oddly.

Or not so oddly.

Either way, it doesn't matter that Venti is giggling or surprised. Xiao is silent as he carries the other back. Oh he's flustered. Blushing and doing his best to ignore any and all looks - even the Archon's. ]

You are clearly still inebriated.

[concierto]

Oh... Just a tiny bit, my warrior.

[He still giggles but it's softer now. He gently grasps his arms around Xiao's neck.]

You're clearly still ...pretty. Pretty yaksha.

[ Xiao is beginning to wonder if this is going to become something of a habit. Carrying Venti back home after the Archon has had a bit too much to drink, that is. It feels as though it is at any rate, even if this is only the second time.

He gives a huff, but carries Venti off all the same. It doesn't take too long to get back to the inn. The Lord of Anemo may yet continue to ramble and go on and tease. Xiao will definitely blush and huff slightly. However, at the end of the night, they will manage to get some water into Venti as well as tuck him into bed.

With Xiao there alongside him, of course. ]
