Hey people.
[The man in the dark shades waved coolly at the screen as he sat on the edge of a small stone fence. It was freezing cold outside but in spite of the clouds that appeared whenever he spoke Crowley didn't seem to notice.]
We've all been brought here, had our powers taken and dolled out to us again in much smaller pieces... it's inconvenient, like being trapped in a baby walker... or trying to save the universe with your hands tied behind your back.
Point is, I need some volunteers who are skilled with Light magic, Healing magic, Animal magic, Kinetic magic and maybe another Elemental magic user who thinks they would be up to controlling sand. Think of it as training.
Also Angel, meet me on the Inn roof before midnight. Not sure it would work with an angel and a demon but if it does we could use some good luck for the new year.
[He doesn't know about the fireworks. Those are going to be a nice surprise.]

[He shouted before one of the store owners came rushing to the door. With a surprised look, he looked back at Crowley and then back at the boy]
See? You’re making this harder than it should!
no subject
[ Or so he said as he turned those demonic eyes of his on the restaurant owner. ]
Easily overwhelmed new recruit, you know how it is. We got a report that you were actually recycling your day old bread and reusing it in the bread baskets the next day. Now, I know you wouldn't do something like that but my superiors aren't convinced... so we need to collect all of your day old bread just to run some tests on it. That's all. You aren't in trouble yet, and won't be... so long as you cooperate.
[ The restaurant owner looked between the boy and the smiling demon. ]
You want bread? I'll give you all the bread you can handle!
[ The owner then ducked back into his shop while Crowley smirked and winked at Ken... just in time to catch a loaf of stale bread in the cheek. ]
There's more where that came from!
[ And indeed the air soon grew thick with hard rolls, rye loafs, and various other stale and hard hitting types of bread. ]
Shit! It's worked too well! Run kid!

[He really shouldn't be surprised at what he could do. If he was a serpent, Ken should have expected some strange powers coming from the man. However, as he looked at Crowley's eyes, he was a little shocked to see them. Taking a step back, he wanted to say something but the owner spoke up. Just as the loaf went straight to him, he just stared in shock.]
Wait, it really worked? How did...?
[He said before an array of other bread started to fly at them! Not even sure what happened, Ken ran. However, the birds nearby wasted no time in grabbing all the bread they could find. Each one got a roll or a loaf in their mouth before flying their way down. Eventually they managed to grab every single one before making various sounds as if to say success!]

[ Crowley took off and dived behind the nearest planter as the thrown bread chased him and the birds descended to collect their fee. ]
I didn't scare the man! I pissed him off! I insulted his business by insinuating he was selling old bread! Resteraunturs hate that! It offends their sense of honor or... something!
no subject
[Maybe he was young or from a different culture but he really didn’t understand the need to insult someone for the sake of getting something! Regardless, that didn’t stop him from placing his hand over his face as he mumbled to himself.
He could hear the birds in the background telling him how satisfied they were. As one flew nearby, they gave a small nod to the both of them.]
Either way, they’re happy now and said they’re willing to work with us again. I just hope this solves your problem, Crowley-san.

[ There is definitely a measure of culture shock when dealing with a demon. ]
no subject
That doesn't mean it's right to be mean to the owners.
[Regardless, he eventually kneeled down at the birds before looking back up at him.]
But you are one strange serpent, I don't think I met a demon like you before! [Or any demon for that matter!]
no subject
There isn't another demon like me.
[ And his ego might have gotten an unnecessary boost... Pardon the bragging. ]
Don't worry about the rest. That guy, he's a hothead, if he lost his bread then its his own fault for taking the bait. I never made him do anything. He chose to get mad and start throwing bread around.
no subject
[He didn’t mean to shout but he really couldn’t understand why he had to do that. Although, he supposed a demon would do something mischievous to get what he wanted.
With another sigh, he eventually settled with sitting on the ground.]
This is way too much for one day...
no subject
You're tired! Maybe you should head back home and rest up. Trying to talk to all those birds at once must really take it out of a person...
no subject
I might. [He mumbled] I just hope I was able to help you out.
no subject
Eh.
[ He sauntered around Ken's stop on the ground and spoke again only while he was walking away. ]
It helped.
no subject
Wait, is this you thanking me?
[Because it sure seems like it!]
no subject
[ Crowley hissed but one might noticed that it wasn't exactly a denial. It was more of a deflection. ]
no subject
Because you are grateful! You really are thanking me, aren't you? Maybe you aren't as bad as you seem, Crowley-san!
no subject
[ He whirled back around just to the stare the stare of one horrified demon. ]
Never once said that! Never even hinted that! I'm only not as bad as I seem because I'm worse than that!
no subject
If you say so. However, I still think you're not that bad. Even if it seems like you're as worse as you feel, right?
no subject
Fine, whatever... Think what you like.
