it was similar enough to be frustrating it doesn't work the same some of my firebending forms work there's a sacred form meant to be done by two people and i tried it with one of my friends who has fire magic and it worked but our flames were too strong after we did it and we lost control

i think the principles are similar but i trained in firebending all my life, a lot has to do with philosophy too, it's not just physical maybe im overthinking it i dont know..
