[ Well... Dang. She supposed, given Alberto's ever insatiable curiosity that nearly matches her own, she should have seen this coming. Her smile fades, and she moves to sit back down nice and neatly, no more crossed legs or anything. She's silent for a good couple of seconds, mentally debating the best way to explain things - and just when it's possible Alberto might change his mind, she sighs and speaks up. ]
... Look, when I first told you about the crash? I left out... a lot of details. It's way too much to dump on someone you just met, and it's... not a great story. I come off looking really bad. Even though I never meant to hurt anyone, especially not my family... I still wound up doing it. And we're all still recovering from what I did.

I had plans to build it and everything, but when Donald learned about it, we got into a big fight. He told me I needed to stop putting myself in danger, settle down, and be there for my children, since they were in their eggs at that point. But I thought I knew better, and that I could take on everything that came at me. As for my uncle... well, sort of took my side, and began to build the rocket in secret. He probably thought we could all go for a ride, but only after my kids were old enough to go.
... But I found out about the rocket... and I took it.
