[Gokudera is sitting on the back of... some strange animal in what appears to be the middle of the ocean. There's not much around, and he's traveling, so this post is mostly just for killing time, and he likes to discuss things. Possibly conspiracy theories???
He still has his collar on, in case anyone cares or was wondering.]
So the King has an emergency broadcast system.
But we don't have a... Avalon news network.
I can help gather information, but I was wondering who wants to help with that. It's definitely not a one-man job. So that ways people in Camelot can see how things are going in other areas. Or... how the progress is going on restoring what we can of those places?
Not everyone is going to be making trips back and forth all the time, I get it, but is anyone interested in setting up in either place and communicating what the progress is like?
We've got the questboard, which is cool and all, but what about something to inform people new here about seasonal rituals? Maybe ones that aren't so native to New Camelot?
[He sighs, and smoke drifts out of his mouth. There's no cigarette or anything, and the air isn't cold enough for that to make sense. He's just... exhaling smoke.]
The candles were nice... I liked that.
Mn, Tenth. I'll be back whenever I can. I'm going to look into this whole "River of Lost Souls" thing. Can you look after Uri while I'm gone? If not, just let him loose on the training grounds. There's food for him in the kitchen.

Re: Video;
Hmmm, go ahead. You don't need my permission or anything. I just appreciate the help.
Video;
I'll let you know what I discover.
Re: Video;
I've noticed that there are quite a few people who want to help but don't seem to know how.
While I appreciate that most who have responded to this post want to help with my endeavor, if you have other ideas of ways to help the refugees... I think that would be good, too.
Video;
But clothes, products for hygiene, and maybe toys for young children to occupy their time are necessary too. Perhaps food collection or a way to donate clothing for those in need?
Re: Video;
Also... what if children want to help? I would assume they could donate some toys they don't use anymore, or clothes that no longer fit them, but I'm not even sure how many children are in Avalon. I mean more... off-worlder children.
Not that I want to put them to work! But... I don't want anyone feeling like they can't help. Or... feeling guilty that they aren't doing enough.
[And dammit he's not around to assure the kids he knows that they're doing great, that even their well-wishes can be seen as support.
Gokudera looks sincerely troubled by this. Caring more about the worries of the kids than his current silent shore adventure to the Forest of The Fisher King]
Video;
We should also try and speak to the farmers, see what they can spare or if they even can.
As for children... [She pauses.] Donating clothes and toys is a good idea, they could also help by running small batches of supplies like packages of food, clothes, or blankets. They can also help sort the donations into proper piles or package them up for easy delivery.
Helping clean up rooms for the refugees is something else that they can help with. But I cannot really recommend their going to the sites of the tragedies.
Re: Video;
[Which is not something he usually says, so he's embarrassed to say so, and he's so loud about it, geez.
He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.]
I'm pretty pissed. Not at you.
The last person I tried to talk to who was doing some scavenging was advising people about stealing from the dragon's hoard while he was doing it, and he hung up on me before I could even see about possibly scavenging materials for refugees.
I'm sour about it.
[Gokudera. Just say you're sorry.]
Do what you think is best, then.
[He just starts grumbling:]
Don't know why I'm so busy fucking delegating tasks that aren't mine to assign but not like anyone else is fucking doing it.
[That's not a nice assumption to make, but it's how he feels.]
